3 Benefits of Fucoidan
Fucoidan improves the intestinal environment!
Make your body healthy from the inside out
Fucoidan is a unique, slimy component found in seaweeds (brown algae) such as mozuku, mekabu and kombu (kelp). The fucoidan content of mozuku, in particular, is said to be more than three times that of other seaweeds.
Fucoidan, a water-soluble dietary fiber, is recommended for regulating intestinal functions. This is because fucoidan is not digested or absorbed in the stomach or small intestine, but reaches the large intestine, where it nourishes beneficial bacteria and is then excreted, efficiently regulating the intestinal environment.
Intestinal health refers to improving the intestinal environment (the state of the intestinal flora) by reviewing lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise. It is particularly important to increase the number of beneficial intestinal bacteria, known as good bacteria, and to maintain an optimal balance of intestinal flora (good bacteria: bad bacteria: opportunistic bacteria = 2:1:7).
By regulating the intestinal environment, it combats beauty issues such as rough skin, acne, and dullness, aids in the production of serotonin—the 'happy hormone,' and supports beauty and health from the inside out.
